Festival Results

Today Tyler and Britain received their results from last weekends music festival. Britain received a Superior rating in piano (highest rating) and Tyler received a Superior in piano and a Superior Minus in cello.

Sweet Hour of Prayer

On Sunday night Robert and I went to the Boise Institute's Unison choir's performance of Sweet Hour of Prayer. This was such a great time together. The music was so uplifting with remarkable thought provoking narration. For Easter I had taken Tyler and Britain to hear them sing at the temple during a morning devotional. This was a wonderfully inspiring time with the children and it was great to have a similar experience with Robert. It was wonderful to listen to a program that was dedicated to prayer and our relationship with our Heavenly Father. I am so grateful for the opportunity we have to daily commune with our Father and to have His daily influence in our lives.

Festival Time

Today Tyler and Britain participated in the Caldwell Thursday Musicale Festival. Tyler first performed of her cello and feels that she did very well. Then Tyler and Britain both performed on the piano. They both felt they made some memorization errors, but still did good. I know they did their best and they worked hard practicing beforehand.
